Another way we meet goals in the Navy is by keeping up on our trainings. The goal is to be fully informed at all times of changes in cyber security, and suicide awareness so that we can stay on top of knowing what threats are out there and what to watch for. I think it is possible to be productive and efficient but it is important to tailor both of those things to meet the goals for whatever industry an individual is working in. By keeping productive and efficient we are able to show we are an asset to the company we work for
