The culture of the Lehman Brothers was very poor to even compare to thegreater corporate cultures like the DHL Company. When the leadership in the company is terriblethen that means that the culture of the company will be affected so badly. CEO Richard Fuld wasvery in senseless delusional and incompetent leader. He and his co-leaders controlled thecompany and didn't even care about the well-being of its employees and how will they beaffected by what they were doing. They honestly gambled with their lives like chip coins on thechase game. These leaders didn't spread the ideology of the Lehman Brothers founder, theydisrespected the principles and concepts that the founders laid out for them in order to leave therelegacy alive. Their greed led to the down fall of the company and it's a shame that they walkedaway with billions. When the leadership falls then the whole company has to collapse too
