a) Discuss subsidiary legislation. Explain any TWO (2) advantages of it.

b) Ali and Abu are brothers. Ali gave Abu RM100,000 to start a business. The business is now very successful. A misunderstanding occurred between Ali and Abu and now Ali wants Abu to return this money immediately with interest. Abu is saying that it was a gift and he will not return the money. Based on your knowledge of alternative methods of dispute resolution, advice both of them on which two methods are better to resolve this dispute without referring this matter to the normal courts.
