Harry executes a contract to sell the farm known as Black Acres to Lynn. Lynn accepts, and signs the contract thinking that the contract refers to another farm Harry owns known as Green Acres. Lynn forwards the fully executed contract back to Harry. In fact, Harry made the offer thinking that it referred to Green Acres. Was a binding contract entered into between Harry and Lynn?
