Answer the following question on the discussion board: Some family-law attorneys post an online interview form or checklist that they ask prospective clients to fill out or be ready to discuss. Find three such forms or checklists on the Internet. How do they compare with each other (discuss relative strengths and weaknesses) and how do they compare with Exhibit 3-1 in Chapter 2? What items would you add to Exhibit 3-1 based on what you learned online? To find the interview forms or checklists, run the following searches in Google, Bing, or Yahoo:

You can also add the name of your state to the search terms, but you are not limited to the interview forms used in your state. When responding to the discussion questions, be sure to reference course materials to support your conclusions and opinions. You should also do the same when responding to classmates' discussion posts. By doing so, you not only make a stronger case, but support your own learning.
