4. 4.Adam had Barbara, a plumber, install a shower in Adam's home. When Adam learned Barbara wasn't licensed, he declined to pay. The pertinent statute has the payment of $100.00 as its only requirement for a plumber's license. Barbara sues. Decide and discuss.
