Answer the following questions

These are Immigration Consultant Case Scenarios for EPE Exam Preparation.

1.Luciana is a 25-year-old Colombian citizen who came to Canada four years ago as an international student. Making this decision wasn't easy as she had to work abroad for a couple of years on a cruise job opportunity to be able to save up money for her tuition in Canada; regardless of the challenges, she was always determined to pursue her goals and work as hard as she would have to in order to attain them. Once she has saved enough money, her parents decided to offer all the support she would need to embark on this new project. Her parents and sister live in Bogota and supported her financially during her student period. Two years ago, she obtained her Ontario Graduate Certificate after completing the Supply Chain Management two-year program in Humber College. Shortly after graduating she was offered a position at Spin Master as a Supply Chain specialist; she performed this role for six months before she was offered a promotion as a Supply Chain supervisor (NOC 1215 B). As soon as a year passed working on this role on a full-time basis, she decided to explore her options for a potential permanent residence path. After consulting with a legal representative, based on her profile she decided to apply under the Canadian Experience Class. She provided proof that her CLB score is 7 and considering her education and work experience on the NOC that she is, she feels very hopeful to receive an ITA on one of the next rounds of the Express Entry Pool since her profile has been successfully created. Luciana hopes that after obtaining her permanent residence in Canada and settling with her boyfriend, she can sponsor her parents to come and live with her. What are the options for her to apply as PR in Canada and out of these options, which one is the best option?

Raj wants to immigrate to Canada and Reshma also wants to apply for Permanent Residency in Canada. Consider the possible option: -Should the couple apply through Reshma as a Principal applicant or Raj as a Principal applicant for PR? -Should Reshma apply under the CEC category or Raj apply as FSW or Reshma should apply under Atlantic Immigration program? -Should Raj initially come on Work Permit to Canada and then they both should apply for PR? -Should Reshma first obtain PR and then apply to sponsor Raj?

3.A student came to Canada from India to study master's degree in computer engineering at Ryerson university in Toronto. After completing his master's, he was offered a full-time position in a software company in Toronto. He has 4 years of work experience in India He is 28 years old He is single He has written his IELTS in general and has scored 7 band (6.5 overall) He has valid job offer in Canada. I offered him a consultation on the basis of his human capital factors for PR application : Points awarded.: Age : - 110 Education in Canada : - 120 Level of overall education Master's degree 135 Foreign experience and language (CLB 7 + 3 years' experience) 25 skills transferability factors (Education +Language) 25 Job offer NOC 2173 skill level A 50 Foreign work exp 50 - Total - =515 points in total So this client will be eligible to apply for PR under FSW express entry category .He can apply to be in pool and then he can apply for OINP .If accepted he will be nominated by Ontario government. There is lot of shortages and demand for computer professionals in Toronto .so this client has much better chances to get picked by Ontario nominee program and this client will be very useful and contribute and settle in Ontario and in Canadian economy.
