There are a lot of homosexuals, bisexuals who are annually condemned to death in Iran and UN all the time criticizes this savage punishment. last month Farid had a trip to china for a business mission.one of his friend call him and said, one of his colleagues reported him to the security service and they want to arrest him as soon as he come back Iran. He is really anxious and scared. he does know what the consequence of this event would be. he is pretty rich and has sufficient asset. His uncle is living in Canada. he is Canadian citizen. he is dentist and has his business for 10 years. he talked to Farid and encouraged him no to come back in Iran and he said that Farid could rely on his support for coming to Canada. Farid is really brilliant in English. Two months ago, he passed IELTS general. His score was 8. listening 8 speaking 8 reading 8 writing 8. he is 30 years old. His uncle said to him that he can pursue the issue and try to get a job offer of BC. Still, he is really confused and is not able to figure out what is the most appropriate decision. He thinks about applying for refugee. on the other hand, he believes that china is not really safe country and maybe because of the police relationship, they put him in danger. Now he called me and needs consultation. What would you suggest for him?

They finished Basic, level for French learning education. they can apply in Express Entry is one of the most popular immigration streams amongst skilled migrants. It started off in 2015 and has been source of growing skilled immigrants for the Canadian Govt. They have $25000 for settlement in Canada. To qualify as an intra - company transferee, the foreign worker must be transferred in an executive, senior managerial, or specialized knowledge capacity. (Page 172 textbook) Mary is an American citizen, and she will work in Canada under CUSMA. Both Mary and Chris work in the intra - company transfers. Mary is a senior manager and Chris is an executive. Both of them need work permit and exempted from the LMIA. their applications require only a company support letters and the fee for work permit. The company has to confirm their position and that they will be moving into a similar role in the Canadian office and that the corporate relationship between the foreign entity and the Canadian entity exists and complies with the IRPR. Mary's initial work permit can be granted for up to three years and extensions can be granted up to three years as well. (under CUSMA)- (page 170 textbook). The initial work permit for foreign worker is generally issued for only one year. Executives and senior manager are permitted to renew their initial intra - company transfers work permits for a period of up to seven years. (Page 173 textbook) and (slides of PPT- CUSMA -Day 10).

Are they eligible to apply under CUSMA and Are they LMIA exempt? What are your suggestions for them?

5.Josue is a 36-year-old Panamanian resident, and his wife is 34 of the same country. they have two minor children under 10. They want to immigrate to Canada but aren't sure how and which stream they should take. Josue is a very talented person and has 3+ years in multiple jobs such as, mechanic, carpenter, electrician and many more. Unfortunately, he was unable to finish any school. He has done good for himself without a paper stating his knowledge. His wife is a professor in Panama and has 2+ years of experience. 6.Eli is an Iranian Engineer coming to my office with the information below asking for advice on which grounds she can apply for Permanent Residence in Canada: She is 30 years old with a master's degree in mechanical engineering from University of Tehran in Iran and worked for five years there. She has studied in University of Waterloo and graduated in 2017 with her PHD in her field and got a two-year work permit from the same University in 2018 and has worked for 18 months now. She is married to her sweetheart 31-year-old Faraz from high school with whom she has been classmate in Universities both in Iran and here in Canada and they even worked together all along including here. I advised them that they are great candidates for Canadian Experience Class and Federal Skilled Workers with the Selection Criteria of 90/100 and the Comprehensive Ranking System of 800/1200 and the fact that the IRCC would consider their CEC application when they meet more than one category in immigration programs. I emphasized to them that although I would not be able to guarantee a positive decision of the IRCC officer, I could however increase their possibility of such decision by filling out all the proper applications, attach all the required documents including an efficient submission letter and have them paid the required fees and them having their medical exams already within last 7 months and a recent police clearance certificate will produce a final and desired application. What are your recommendations for them?

She is single. She received a Nobel prize recently because of her humanitarian works. She built a School for the blinds around the world so that people like her will have free education.
