2.) A is indebted to B. Upon learning that B is going to enforce his credit, A pretended to sell his land C, his father-in-law. A did not receive a single centavo for the transaction and he continued in possession of the land. Was there a valid contract of sale?

3.) D owes C P1,000. D proposed to C that T would substitute him as debtor. C agreed to the proposal. If at the time of the delegacion, T was already insolvent. Determine the liability of D.

4.) A owes B the following:

o P2,000 payable on September 5;

o P10,000 payable on September 30;

o A specific radio worth P20,000 to be delivered on September 30;

o P5,000 payable on October 12.

If A pays only P1,000, can A compel B to accept his payment? Can A compel B to accept and to apply his payment for his other obligations?
