Scenario:

Neom is a digital agency that employs 70 people, they have doubled in capacity over the last-year and it looks like they will continue to grow. Currently they have two floors of a building in the centre of an international city and they are at a critical point as they are out-growing their current workplace. They have a flexible renting contract so can easily move or negotiate a long-term contract.

The senior management have big plans and want to future-plan their workplace, they want to use this moment as an opportunity to develop a newly designed 'fit for purpose' working space with new modes of working and innovative use of technologies to work smarter. All the options are on the table, from a virtual workplace, a hybrid workplace, rent a bigger workplace, rent smaller places? They are ambitious and expanding.
