I believe educaon is important and life changing and everyone should have the opportunity to partake, but as with most things ttrat are oered free there should be provisions. I think making itfree for everyone, it might loose it's importance and value. Like public school that is oered tor tree some students attend only cause they have to by law or for the sake ofa parents rules and the studentthem selt does not care and iust blows itounti they can escape and do their own thing.
