Answer this case study with the quality, please.

Sea and Sand is a small seafood company that has been operating successfully in the Kingdom of Bahrain for past three years. The business is having its operations in the Fish Market located in Hidd where the largest catchers and processors of seafood are competing. Sea and Sand was able to create its customer base from individuals and wholesale fish dealers by hiring fish cleaners to provide the service of cleaning customers' order on the spot at competitive prices.

Currently, the senior fish cleaners are responsible for the training of new employees on how to perform the job. Most training advocated by Ebrahim, the general manager, is unstructured and occurs on the job. The company has been profitable, but recently dealers who buy the company's products have been complaining about the poor quality of the fresh fish. For example, scales and abdomen parts had not been thoroughly removed from fillets.

The company is concerned of losing its big dealers to competitors. Ebrahim decided to go to the fish market and have a closer look on how the employees are performing their jobs. The manager noticed that the new fish cleaners are unsure about the proper and complete method of preparing the fish. After further investigations, Ebrahim realized that the new employees were still not confident in working independently and would want to be supported by senior cleaners. The noise and fast-paced work environment in the fish market resulted to the fish cleaners being distracted during the training. As a result, there is an increased in errors and confusion as to what was really the job required that eventually led to a growing customers' complaints and dissatisfaction.
