1. After breaking up with her girlfriend, Jamie was left with not only a broken heart but also with two tickets to an upcoming show of her favorite singer, Avia Maxim. Jamie posted on Instagram that she is selling 2 front row seats including a VIP visit backstage for $2000 each. Seth, an Avia Maxim enthusiastic, messaged Jamie that he would love to buy one ticket from her. After Seth sent the money to Jamie she emailed him the tickets. Happy that she sold one ticket, but yet concerned that she didn't sell the other, Jamie was looking at the sky while she was walking home. She almost fell into a deep hole in the ground, but Lydia, who was walking by, prevented a terrible accident from happening when she grabbed Jamie's hand and pulled her away from the hole. Grateful Jamie immediately said: "Wow! This could have ended badly! Thank you so much for saving my life. As a token of my gratitude please allow me to give you a free ticket to Avia Maxim's upcoming concert. The seat is not the best but she is still such an awesome artist!" Lydia told Jamie she didn't have to do that but gladly accepted. A) When arriving at the concert venue, Seth found that not only his ticket does not include a VIP visit backstage, the seats are located at the top right end of the stadium, with a very limited view of the stage. Seth is turning to you for legal advice. Does he have any legal recourse against Jamie?

B) When returning home, Jamie realized that Lydia was correct and that Jamie didn't have to give her the ticket. She called Lydia and apologized, saying she decided to try and sell the ticket and get some extra money. Lydia, who wants badly to attend the concert, believes that she and Jamie have a contract, which Jamie now breached. Is she correct? Explain.
