Question 2 a. Mwila advertises two expensive cars namely a jaguar and BMW for sale and Mubita calls in response to the advertisement. Mubita informs Mwila that he nferely wishes to hire the BMW for the forthcoming event on the Copperbelt. Mwila agrees, and accepts a cheque for the hire price and signs, without reading, what she believes to be a contract of hire; it is, in fact, a contract of sale. Mubita is then allowed to drive away with the car. However the cheque from Mubita is dishonoured by the bank. A distressed Mwila comes to your office seeking your advice.
