A survey of 180 rural residents from the same state was also conducted and it was found that 41 supported increasing the speed limit from 100 km/h to 110 km/h.

Let1be the proportion of residents in the urban population in favour of increasing the speed limit and let2be the proportion of residents in the rural population. Test, at the 5% level of significance, the hypothesisH0:1=2.
