Anthony Sanderson was browsing on eBay when he located what was labeled as a 1932 edition of Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, produced by Chatto and Windus, the London publisher that had printed the first edition of that landmark novel. The book was advertised as coming along with a companion book by Julian Huxley, entitled If I Were Dictator, published in 1934 by the London-based Methuen. The seller was Juliette Straus, who set the minimum bid for the two volumes at GBP 8,700. Sanderson, who quickly bid on the two books, eventually won the auction with a successful bid of GBP 9,800. Later, after receiving the two books, Sanderson discovered that the copy of If I Were Dictator was actually a 1948 reprint of the original work. Is this a case of fraud or misrepre-sentation? Explain.
