Anti-discrimination laws are in the headlines a lot lately. Find a news article or case involving discrimination against someone in a protected class under Title VII. Cite the case and either add a link or upload a copy of the case to your post. You will state things in your words and not based on any other resource you might find online, such as Wikipedia or Oyez.

After reviewing the learning materials in this module, make an initial post that incorporates these materials to answer the following questions. Also, your grade in this learning activity relies on your engagement in the discussion through your peer replies (two or more).
