The Anti-federalists argued that the constitution had bestowed a lot of power to the federal government, hence depriving the state governments their powers. They felt that, bestowing a lot of power to the central government would result to disservice to the American citizens. The party of my choice In my case, I will prefer Antifederalist party to the federalists. This is based on the fact that, powerful state government are more beneficial to the citizens as opposed to strong centralized government. Governments are formed to serve the needs and wants of its citizens
