Anything to add to this post. Post:Describe the report format you would use as a consultant. Feedback reports are an important step in the successful completion of a project. While reports may adopt varied formats and details, they must match the expectations of the client (Stroh, 2019). Based on discussion with Second Harvest leadership, the report format I would use as a consultant contains implementation plans. Reports including implementation plans not only review data and offer suggestions, but also propose ways for clients to execute such recommendations for overall success (Stroh, 2019). Explain why you will include recommendations in your report. Recommendations are necessary for the Second Harvest feedback report. Consultants use recommendations to offer independent, professional guidance to clients concerning the problem being addressed (Stroh, 2019). Second Harvest desires suggestions for improving their operations, so they can offer better services to its clientele and maximize its mission. Hence, the inclusion of recommendations in the report will give my assessment of the problem and foster the implementation of a solution-based action plan specific to the needs of the client (Stroh, 2019)
