Xian finished carpentry and is eager to work in the construction industry. Unfortunately, she graduated in a bad time, the economy is down. Housing prices are falling, and the construction industry is suffering huge losses. Despite these factors Xian searched hard for jobs, and found an entry unpaid internship with a construction company. She joined the company worked for a couple of months, but realized, that it is not viable to work in this position since she has bills to pay.

After thinking for a couple of months, she decided to work temporarily in an unrelated industry. She looked at job openings and realized that a lot of employers search for customer care representatives. She decided to investigate further, and realised that these employers look for soft skills, or interpersonal skills. Xian does not know anything about these jobs, and she believes she lacks those skills. So, she decided to contact you and ask for your help with this task.
