Apply what you have learned from the leadership characteristics of influential leaders and all what you have learned from public governance in other countries and Namibia, to improve the management and administration of public institutions in Namibia. In doing so, identify the (3.1)drivers(most influential changers), namelycorruption, quality of public education, economic policy for investment and economic growth, and politics.
