April Showers built a house for Maye Flowers but Maye complained about the finished house.  Maye claimed that the garage ceiling was too low and might not accommodate a large SUV; that the patio did not drain properly; windows stuck; there were cracks in the ceiling of the great room; among other similar problems. Maye refused to pay for the house because April breached the contract.  April sued her.     You are the Judge.  Did April breach? If not, what is her level of performance? Explain.
