Aramara is a workaholic graphic designer. She is the head designer at her boutique design firm in downtown London, Ontario. After years of putting off a real holiday, she goes online to book a vacation to a fishing resort in Nunavut in the summer, June 2020. She pays $10,000 to Air Plus Vacations. For the next three months, Aramara is excited about the vacation. She is so excited that she posts about it on Instagram and Twitter, has a "Kiss the Polar Bear" Nunavut party, and starts posting photos of Nunavut all over her office. On May 4, 2020, a huge storm hits Nunavut and the quiet fishing resort is totally destroyed and washedyaway into the Arctic Ocean. Air Plus Vacations phones Aramara and offers her a 50% refund ($5000) on what she paid for the vacation due to the 'inconvenience', but she must accept it by the end of day - if not, the force majeure clause in the original contract takes effect. Aramara is devastated, she was looking forward to this vacation for all of her life. Aramara declines the 50% refund and decides to sue Air Plus Vacations for the entire $10,000 payment for the vacation and also for the lost enjoyment she foresaw he would have at the Nunavut resort. Explain the legal arguments of Aramara and Air Plus Vacations. Analyze and explain the likelihood of Aramara being successful in this lawsuit
