Companies that stand out by doing something very different than the rest of the industry they are in. for example in Case #22 Gore & Associates ) That 'something different could be a new disruptive HR approach, a completely new business model, etc., that would behoove other competitors to imitate to sustain their competitive advantages or innovation culture.
