Are you bidding them against American standard pay because that would be an unfair comparison when their overall way of life would not be equivalent to the average American community. The cost of living in their country is much lower than living in the average American neighborhood so they can afford to make less and still meet the needs of their families. I just feel that there is much more underlying here than the simple statement of "they don't make enough".
