Aristotle says there are two types of virtues: intellectual and moral. Intellectual virtues are taught and require our reasoning to understand them. Moral virtues are the most important because they make us act well and are form through habit. The video asks you to think about your habits. This is a good practice for all of us, so take some time to contemplate your habits and answer the following questions from the video:

1. What kind of person are [your habits] turning you into?
2. If you were the best version of yourself, would your habits be any different that they are today?
