art 6: Sample Size - Calculate the Sample Size and Execute your Sampling (12 points)

  1. Assume there were no limitations on the project, describe what Sampling Design you would use for this project and the reason why.
  2. Assume there are around 900 SGBM/GBM students (all levels in Brantford), calculate the probability size 30 using both Krejcie and Morgan's guidelines, and Roscoe's Rule of Thumb
  3. Comment on the limitations of your sampling methodology and how it might impact the results of our survey if your actual sample size is lower than your target sample size.
  4. After your questionnaire and probability design is approved by me, you can start to distribute the survey to all students in your section or other students, depending on your population. To remind you that the minimal requirement for the project is surveying students in your own class section. All questionnaire responses must be completed by our Week 13 class. Aim for 30 responses if possible. Ensure your questionnaire is submitted with enough time for students to respond - minimum 3-5 days (note - you are relying on others for information for this class, just like they are relying on you. Please ensure you promptly complete and return your colleague's questionnaires.
