The sister feel Art is ready to have another acute episode. She is also concerned that he is not taking his medication as he should as he insist the medication makes him feel like a Zombie and his sister is trying to hurt him, like his parents did, which further jeopardizing his health. The sister feels she may not be able to take care of him for long and is also seeking your advice about potential placement for him. The judge has given power of attorney of Art over to her due to his mental instability. In college, Art majored in engineering, and he is quite good at math. He did work for many years but at different companies as he couldn't keep a job for more than a year. She has a full 2 years of college completed with his associates degree in Engineering. He loved analytics and solving math problems. You are responsible for devising Goals, Objectives, and Treatment Plan for Art.
