Artemison a working holiday in Europe and is short of money. He emails his cousin Lukas, in Australia, saying he needs money urgently. Artem tells Lukas to sell (Artem's) video projector, but for not less than $600, and send Artem the money. Two weeks later Lukas sends $450 to Artem. Artem emails Lukas, asking what happened. Lukas says that because he was busy at the time he asked his girlfriend Julya to organize the sale. The best offer she could get was $450 and she tried to phone Artem to ask if that would be OK but could not contact him because his phone was apparently out of battery, so she sold for $450. Does Artem have any rights against Lukas?
