Parents are the experts on their child's behavior.
The answer in my opinion or what I think is:
As a mom, I understand that parents are responsible for their children, like behavior. but not always, because sometimes they bring those behavior from other children. A parent needs to know the most things that their children like, facing problems, their studies.
