Artificial Intelligence and Performance

Purpose

The purpose of this discussion is to create active engagement by investigating artificial intelligence and performance.

Initial Post

• Discuss the feasibility of implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and automation in your own company's service operations. Choose at least two areas that you can reengineer to automate. Explain the feasibility of AI-based automation to those areas based on the following performance measures:

  • Line employees

  • Supervisors

  • Managers

  • Division heads

  • Company Executives.

    Make sure to explain an advantage and a disadvantage of each performance measure.
