As a control freak, I would absolutely LOVE for everything I want to happen to play out the way that I have planned. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. Some things are complex and require you to adapt. However, some things can go according to plan, especially for simple or common situations. It's easier to follow a template and a plan that's straight forward. Every project may not be the same, but may be able to follow a similar formula.
