From your bad customer experiences, choose one particular business process that has the most potential to be improved.

1. Model the current business process using the flow chart graphical tool. Please note, the modelled current business process needs to include at least three out of six symbols of flow chart; and the entire process should have at least ten symbols in total.
2. Describe the current business process.
3. Analyse the current business process, identify and justify aspects that may be inefficient and/or ineffective.
