As a database designer and developer u have to create a database for the clients, in the first phase you have to

design a user-friendly form to get data from clients. System must be

able to perform following operation

a) Insert clients data into the system

b) Search a specific client based on his/her nam

c) Delete record of a particular client based on his/her phone number. This has to be done in Sql server management studio and microsft Access(if needed). Reference image is given below.
