As a group, we estimated three months as our timescale to complete the process, with our rst meeting held on 14 September. However, the timescale was too short to get everyd'ling done as I was full of optimism to complete the draft and give recommendations within the three months. I trusted a lot on my ability to meet deadlines and failed to consider the need to work on other commitments. Based on this experience, I have realized the importance of setting realistic deadlines to ensure high productivity instead of keeping constant job pressure and
