As a leader, it is important to reflect on your learning, reflect on our thoughts, and ponder the activities that make us great. Each week we will have the chance to reflect just like the influential leaders and CEO's do. You will be provided a weekly prompt to help guide your thoughts.

 

This week's prompt: 

1- Think about your organization, an organization that you have worked for or your school. Based on your experience, define what political means to you. Now, with your definition in place, is your organization political? How do you know? Can you win and your employees win in this type of environment? 

 

2-  As a leader and with a lot of employees working remotely, what might be some ways that you can engage your staff that can really help instill the organizational culture? If you do not have direct reports, what are some ways that you would want to be engaged?
