1. As a manager, how would you balance a disabled employee's needs for a work adjustment to your need to design jobs that meet organizational performance goals?

I would make workplace adjustments such as making to do lists, making smaller more attainable goals, and reduce any distractions. I would also make clear performance expectations for all employees including any disabled workers. Also if there are any performance issues I would address them early on so they do not become a larger problem.
