 • Include at least three (3) short-term objectives. 

• Discuss functional tactics. 

• Define possible action plans to achieve those functional objectives and tactics.

 • Indicate the deadlines to carry out the action plan (Gantt Chart). 

• Explain who is responsible for what and what tasks need to be performed. 

• Discuss how available resources will be allocated. 

• Discuss any required organizational change management strategies that provide the opportunity for successful implementation. 

• Establish the key success factors of the organization, based on this organizational change. 

• Discuss the proposed budget and financial forecasts, including a break-even analysis.

• Explain the risk management plan, including contingency plans, for the identification of risks from ethical and social perspectives and implications, if not previously presented.
