You are being asked to produce a new set of documentation for an area which the PMO Director believes the entire group needs better processes so that they can do better going forward. The problematic area is that of providing feedback (good or bad) to team members working on projects. Lessons Learned from several past projects highlight this particular process as being unorganized, at times rude or simply not performed at all.

Once you have completed your research, you will produce a flowchart or schematic of what the new process will look like with an explanation of each step and of the process overall.
The PMO Director has set a meeting with you for December 4th to review the process and agree to have it documented as part of the several other processes to be used within the organization.

- In reviewing the short scenario and each of the video clip links provided above, respond to the following requirements for this short internal project.
- Based on best practices discussed in either the video clips or other documentation that you procure externally, document the new process for feedback to team members that you are proposing. The process should be clearly defined, explained and graphically represented in a flowchart or other graphical representation that supports this process.
- The PMO Director has 3 questions on this model that he will ask at the meeting. Each question should be answered, documented with supporting examples.
- Please ensure that you are providing any references that you have used to document this new process as they will need to be documented for further examination if someone were to require it.
- In a separate document, please answer the following PMO Director questions: (Please provide examples, samples and clear references when you are doing the research on these questions)
- Would the feedback process proposed in your model remain the same if the feedback was either positive or negative? Explain your answer.
- Would the organization need to purchase or acquire any specific tools to support this new feedback model? If so what would they be and why would they be needed?
- Would a person be required to get training for this new feedback model? If so how do you expect this training to be delivered?
