Scenario:

on Saturday, January 13, 2024 At approximately 11:30 pm , I responded to a report of a stabbing at Madison Bar . Upon arrival, I found the victim, a male subject, lying on the ground with a visible stab wound Toronto . Witnesses reported that the suspect, identified as Bob, had been involved in an altercation with the victim before the stabbing.

According to witness statements, Bob was intoxicated and confronted the victim after an argument about cutting in line at the bar. The altercation escalated, and Bob shoved the victim. The victim retaliated, and the argument became heated. During the scuffle, Bob reportedly grabbed the victim's jewelry to restrain him and then pulled out a concealed knife to stab the victim.

The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. Bob was apprehended at the scene and is currently in custody. Evidence collection is ongoing, including interviewing witnesses, collecting CCTV footage, and securing the alleged weapon.

I was working with someone Bob John, who was in his section of the bar.

There are two sections, sections A and B. I was in section A.

At 7:30 pm the suspect came in and wanted to start drinking.

I started a tab because the suspect said he would like to start one.

Around 10:00 pm a group of people, three males and one female came in and sat in my section of the pub. I noticed the suspect eyeing that certain table of people for a good amount of time but didn't think much of it. The group of people at the table that the suspect was eyeing were male and female with a mix of ethnicities. The suspect was at the counter the entire night. At 11 pm it got a bit busier.

A male from the table where the suspect was eyeing the (victim), came up to pay his tab but in doing so he cut in front of the suspect. I was just finishing making a drink for the suspect when I then noticed the suspect getting very aggressive with the other man who was trying to come pay his bill. I already called the police because I felt like it would escalate. I told them to 'calm down' but it escalated quickly after and the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the other male in the arm. Both men were on the floor, the victim had passed out and the suspect was slowly getting up. Everyone stepped back but when doing so the police arrived and they told us to evacuate.
