Bob went back to the counter to order more drinks when another intoxicated person cut in front of him. This man wore a dark blue jacket, black jeans and jewelry. Bob confronted the man about his actions. The man disregarded Bob's complaint. Bob then aggressively shoved the man. The man then confronted Bob about his actions, and they both got into a heated argument, the argument escalated, and Bob grabbed the man's Jewelry around his neck to pull the man closer, Bob then pulled out a knife he had been hiding and stabbed the man.
