As a project manager, you are asked to do a prototype for your project, but you're not sure whether to proceed with this prototype. But, again, without a prototype, should you succeed, the project will make the same money as mentioned before. Considering the initial cost and involved risks and by using the below method, decide which option you choose. and why?

b. I will do the no prototyping because its final EMV will be +$177,000 compared to prototyping with EMV equal to -$110,000
