As a shipping agent operating in Jamaica, you are to recommend to your principal a terminal/pier in Kingston best suited to handle a vessel fixed to transport a shipment of 5000 m/tons of bagged cement. You are also required to recommend a vessel which, in your opinion is ideal to handle the cargo and falls within the maximum limits of the chosen terminal/pier. You are expected to justify your selection, to include the specification for both the vessel and terminal/port.

You are required to advice the principal on two of the State Agencies expected to board the vessel and at what junction. Also, you are to inform the principal about the documents that the master must present on arrival to them.
