Assume that you are a manager in an organization and based on the knowledge of OB, you want to apply the concepts that you learnt in this course while making decisions or setting policies. Please address the following questions:
1. How would you measure job satisfaction of your employees? Give an example of Summation score method to explain this question.
2. What elements/resources/rewards should they offer to keep employees motivated? How would companies ensure employee engagement and commitment when they are working from home?
3. Following the Hofstede's Framework, analyze how people in Bangladesh behave in the workplace. Based on each dimension, suggest what improvements you want to bring at the office.
4. What challenges would you face while assigning group tasks? How would you overcome those challenges?
5. How to apply the Job Characteristics Model in organization? Write down jobs (at least five) that have high levels of each characteristic. Do you think the jobs you identified are high or low paying? Why?
