As a sublet in Ontario (building by the landlord - the tenant who rented the room - to me named sublet) Do I have any legal obligations of maintaining or completing my lease? If one wanted to leave early or terminate the lease earlier than expected how could one go about that? Plz provide some way of verifying ur response thanks
