As an ASEAN leader of another country, what can you recommend to stop/ lessen the political censorship (and its effect such as arrests, etc.)  of a specific country under ASEAN,  given the policies set by ASEAN committee? *Please be reminded of the policies of the ASEAN such as:  "The right of every State to lead its national existence free from external interference, subversion or coercion; Non-interference in the internal affairs of one another; Settlement of differences or disputes by peaceful manner; Renunciation of the threat or use of force" and other restrictions of an ASEAN country towards another ASEAN country.
