As an e-cigarette user of recent years, I didn't agree with the order at the time. From a consumer standpoint, if companies were no longer allowed to ship the product, it made it more difficult for me to consume. In my view, it was a healthier alternative to smoking regular cigarettes, and so I had made the switch. I do understand the concerns posed by the FTC and the FDA over minor use, although I would like to see evidence to the facts that support such claims. Either way, I don't think e-cigarette companies should be advertising to minors, and it seems like they didn't learn the lesson from the cigarette companies in recent decades.
