As an organizational psychology professional, you are expected to understand various business consulting strategies that can be used in various organizational settings, depending on the business problem presented. And these strategies must be grounded in industrial psychology principles and frameworks. You will identify and analyze multiple consulting strategies and the industrial psychology principles on which they are based.

Imagine your consultancy has been invited by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) to present a session at its upcoming national conference on the topic "Business Consulting Strategies, Industrial Psychology Principles, and Implications from the COVID-19 Pandemic."

The managing partners have asked you to develop the presentation. You conduct research and meet with the partners as you determine the principles and examples you will use.

Include the following

1. Identification and explanation of 5 different business problems/implications your organization or others like it has encountered or might encounter as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic

2. Identification and analysis of 5 consulting strategies that could be implemented to address each identified business problem/implication

3. Identification and analysis of 3 industrial psychology principles that might or might not be applied within the identified consulting strategies
