spectrum and our laws don't cover this entire range, so it's important to look at the difference between what's legal and what's ethical.

How can you distinguish better between what's legal and what's ethical with respect to the changes and unexpected developments in

technology such as social networking, communications, collaboration, free stuff, ecommerce, Artificial intelligence, etc. Do not forget to
