As discussed, take a look at the GCP (Global Contracting Policy), please compare it with the attached compliance template the OGC team currently use to flag non-compliance of a contract against the GCP. When you are undertaking your review could you please keep in mind:

• Any general thoughts you have re the GCP (i.e. are there key contracting considerations they havent addressed at all or not sufficiently in your view)
• Does the policy provide guidance for mitigations where contracts deviate from the GCP or does it just set out rules to follow and are those rules provided within thresholds or etc?
• Does the attached template cover every compliance factor contemplated in the GCP or are there some missing?
• What would you improve in the attached template to either better reflect GCP compliance/non-compliance for a given client contract and the associated mitigations?
